Life is a Curious Quest

Jipped!

Books are such a huge pain. I just got jipped out of $90 having to repurchase a book I thought I didn't need. Here's how it went down:

I look online to see which books I need for this quarter. I get the list, but notice that CSE 21 doesn't have a list up yet. "Whatever", I think, "I'll just get those later". I head down to the bookstore Sunday night to try and grab as many of my books used as possible before they're all gone, and am happy to manage to get almost all of them used. The next day, I head back down with my books from last year and sell them back to the bookstore. I'm happy, I got $80 back from my book for CSE 20.

Time goes by and I eventually get the syllabus for CSE 21, and to my surprise the book is the same as the one in CSE 20. A bit annoyed, I head back the bookstore and find that its going to cost $170 for a used copy. Wow, that's not cool at all.

I think from now on I'm just going to sell back my books on Amazon or to other students, the bookstore seems to pay really badly. Also, no more selling back books before I have all my books for the current quarter.

I'm getting really tired of all these expensive learning experiences.
