Meatloaf

I cooked my first meatloaf at the apartment today, with great success. It turned out well and everyone seemed to like it. I had forgotten how easy it is to make. It is also reasonably cheap at about $12. That's a bit of an overestimate because I didn't use all the ingredients I bought for it, but still, $3 per person isn't bad.
